Order Processing & Shipping

Return & Refund Policy

• No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
• If a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must report it to us within 3 days of delivery by contacting contact@nutmedley.com with proof (clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging).
• If the claim is approved, we will either replace the item or provide a refund, as per our discretion.
• Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Address & Delivery Issues

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
